A Maclay Gardens Family Session - Tallahassee, Florida Family Photographer - Sara Lynn Photography

It’s always such an honor to photograph a family as they enter different life stages. Just after moving back to Tallahassee, I had the honor of photographing an old friend’s growing family. After seeing the photos I did for our mutual friend, Abby said she had to have me photograph her baby girl once she was born. I had the honor of photographing Emerson’s newborn photos at their home in Tallahassee at the beginning of 2020- before COVID shut the world down.

I was then invited back into their lives at the end of 2020. One of my last sessions for the year was photographing the Goodson family 1 year photos. It was such a joy to spend more time with them and see how she had grown over the year! Since they are not originally from Tallahassee, Abby knew she wanted the photos in a location uniquely Tallahassee- so we chose Maclay for their family photos.

It was a gloomy Sunday Morning at Maclay Gardens but we loved our time together!
